How does red light therapy work?

Yes. Red light therapy is a non-invasive, drug-free treatment that has been widely studied and used in clinical settings. Our devices are designed for home use and are safe for most adults. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, we recommend consulting your doctor before use.
How long does each session take?
We recommend sessions of 10–20 minutes per area, once or twice daily. Consistency is key — most users begin to notice results within 2–4 weeks of regular use.
Can I use the device on multiple body parts?
Yes. While each Lumewrap device is designed with a specific area in mind (back, knee, or shoulder), the therapy itself is safe to use on other areas of the body as well.
Do I need to remove clothing to use the device?
For best results, use the device directly against the skin or over thin clothing. Thick fabrics may reduce the effectiveness of the light penetration.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
My device arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please reach out to us at support@lumewrap.com with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll send a replacement right away.
