2. Eligibility for Returns
- Request within 30 days of delivery
- Item unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
3. Non-Returnable Items
Cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Any device that has made direct contact with skin
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items damaged due to misuse
4. How to Start a Return
Step 1: Email dnjsdj905@gmail.com with order number
and reason for return
Step 2: We reply within 2 business days with
return instructions
Step 3: Ship back with trackable method
(return shipping cost is customer's responsibility
unless item is defective)
Step 4: Once received and inspected, we notify you
of refund approval
5. Refunds
- Issued to original payment method within 5–10
business days
- Original shipping fees non-refundable
- $5 restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns
6. Defective or Incorrect Items

with photos. Full replacement or refund at no cost.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return for refund
and place a new order.
