All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after 
payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public 
holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping (where available): 5–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs 
clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our 
control.

3. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation 
email with your tracking number.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50.

5. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or 
import duties. These charges are the sole responsibility 
of the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact dnjsdj905@gmail.com within 14 days of expected 
delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

7. Address Accuracy
Lumewrap is not responsible for packages delivered to 
an incorrect address provided by the customer.
